How accurate is the AI product detection?

Each detection comes with a confidence score and reasoning. The pipeline runs Gemini embeddings over video segments, retrieves candidate products via pgvector, and verifies with a VLM pass. The HIL review table is mandatory by default; nothing publishes without a merchant signing off on the detections.

Can I import my existing TikTok and YouTube videos?

Yes. Instagram reels via the ingestion playbook, plus direct URL imports for TikTok and YouTube, plus direct file upload. All four sources rehost to Spectrum-managed storage for fast and reliable storefront delivery.

Will shoppable videos slow my product pages down?

The widget ships from the shared Spectrum bundle. Video assets are lazy-loaded; the autoplay defaults are conservative; the storefront snippet is a thin Liquid layer. The marginal performance cost is significantly lower than installing a dedicated app like Videowise or Tolstoy alongside the rest of your stack.

Can I show different videos to different customer segments?

Yes. The targeting tree drives per-segment widget configuration. Show first-time visitors the brand-story reel; show returning customers the new-drop tutorial. Spectrum is the only shoppable-video tool with this at every tier.

What happens if I uninstall Spectrum?
